During my stay in this hotel in the Aizuwakamatsu area, I found it to be a great value. The spacious Japanese style room comfortably accommodated four people, and the onsen had the right temperature. Additionally, the hotel offered a Japanese traditional box set for breakfast, which was a nice touch. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
All was good.

Staying at this ryokan is a great value for your money. the rooms are spacious, and the Japanese-style traditional room can easily accommodate up to four people. the onsen is superb, and guests get the benefit of choosing their favorite shampoo at the shampoo bar. Breakfast is traditional Japanese-style, and the Japanese box set is a nice touch.
The staff is understaffed and may have difficulty accommodating additional requirements or changes to existing reservations.

Great Value and Relaxing Onsen For a weekend getaway, this hotel was a great value for the price. the Japanese style room we stayed in was spacious and comfortably fit our family. the onsen was our favorite part of the stay, and the right temperature to relax our muscles. We also enjoyed the location, conveniently close to local attractions and essential amenities.
Limited Service and Accessibility Although the hotel provided excellent facilities, the limited service was a downside. the air conditioning was locked, and the staff provided only breakfast service to guests.

The hot spring at the hotel was an absolute treat! It had the right temperature and was quite relieving. the property is conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby destinations. As we drove there, we had no problem with the distance, but I cannot comment on public transport. Lastly, the rooms were quite cozy and comfortable; the perfect ambiance for a romantic escape.
The hotel lacked staff to attend to guests' needs, making the service a bit slow and unfriendly. there were some cleanliness concerns, as the room felt a bit dusty.
